Ghalies Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle the personal information we receive through this website, in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

1. Information we collect

When you use our contact or careers forms we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, telephone number, country, message and, for job applications, your CV. Our server also records your IP address for security purposes.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to answer your inquiry, to process your job application, to send you the confirmation email you requested, and to protect this website against abuse. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with our group offices in Mauritania and Côte d’Ivoire when they need it to answer your inquiry, with service providers that host this website and send email on our behalf, or where the law requires it.

4. Spam protection

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

5. Storage and security

Inquiries and applications are stored on secure servers with restricted access. CVs are kept in private storage and are never published at a public address. We keep job applications for up to one year and inquiries for as long as needed to answer them and meet our legal obligations.

6. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as the session cookie that protects our forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

You may ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete the personal information we hold about you. Please contact us using the details below; we will reply without undue delay.
